Conclusion

I had this game sitting on my OUYA for way too long without touching it. Big mistake.

After only playing the first few minutes Muffin Knight had me hooked. There are so many funny characters involved and the skill level is quite challenging which I personally always prefer. The design is great and the intro alone was worth starting Muffin Knight.

Never before had I seen a fairy that pulled her pants up. Humorous without end and the synchronization of the game by the old woman is brilliant.

I highly recommend Muffin Knight if you’re looking for a quick, fun game.

Tim feels that with the development of the OUYA and the stronger focus on indie game studios is the right step towards better gaming experiences that rely more heavily on unique game concepts and better gameplay in general.
