Fight with music

Everybody loves cool game soundtracks but in Dubwars the soundtrack is the game! Well, sort of.

It’s a rhythm based shooter in which your weapons fire to the beat of a dubstep track. Your goal is to destroy enemy robots with music. How cool is that?

You want to survive the waves of enemies? Kick, snare and drum are your friends. Feel the rhythms, know when the bass drop comes! Fall in step and use the automatically generated weapons for total destruction.

Dodge anything and everything coming at you. Collect power-ups, upgrade weapons and complete your missions to level up.

The team at OUYA loves it too. Watch Julie checking out the game.

Conclusion

This game is fun and very addictive! With a little polish this could become a console seller game.

More levels and the possibility to have other music could please a lot more gamers.

Would be cool to even have an editor for your own songs. Not everyone likes dubstep, but the game could work with other music styles as well.

This game really looks fun! I wonder if they could make a coop game for at least two players, that would be interesting 😀
